1. Agreement
By using Xcelo (consumer app and related services) you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
Eligibility: Consumer app users must be at least 13 (or higher minimum digital consent age in your country). Matches Teen / 13+ store audience; see Privacy Policy.
2. What Xcelo provides
Consumer app: Signed-in video experience — Home (Entertainment, untagged), Education and Shop feeds, Results (completed demo ads leaderboard), Topics (completed watches per category), Profile. Results and Topics may use competitive or "game-like" visuals (ranks, ordering); they remain count-based leaderboards only — not gambling, not prize draws, not cash or gifts from Xcelo. Studio: Upload videos, set Education/Shop tags, analytics. Viewing is in the app; publishing is in Studio.
3. No money, gifts, or withdrawals
Ranks give users a summary of completed activity, optional comparison on leaderboards, and a view of which topics they complete most — still information and engagement only. They are not currency, not a wallet, not prizes, and not redeemable for cash, UPI/bank payout, vouchers, or gifts from Xcelo. Consumer-facing gift and withdrawal features are not offered; related APIs are disabled or blocked in deployment.
4. Accounts
Accurate registration where required. You are responsible for credentials and activity. No multi-account abuse or leaderboard manipulation. We may suspend or terminate for breach, harm, or cheating watch/ad logic.
5. Content and tags (Studio)
Uploaders must have rights to content and must tag fairly. Misleading tags may lead to removal or access restriction. We do not guarantee availability of any video.
6. Acceptable use
No circumvention of technical measures, no unauthorised scraping, no illegal use, no harassment or malware, no security attacks.
7. Intellectual property
Xcelo branding and software are protected. Videos belong to owners/licensors. You get a limited personal right to stream through the app as offered — not to redistribute beyond what the law allows.
8. No professional advice
Education/Shop videos are not professional medical, legal, or financial advice unless clearly stated and properly licensed.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Service is "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect and consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using Xcelo anytime. We may suspend or terminate for breach, legal, or security reasons. Certain clauses survive termination.
11. Governing law
Unless mandatory local law says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction subject to your non-waivable rights.
