1. How Xcelo Works – Project Overview

Xcelo is a reward-based entertainment platform. Users watch short videos and advertisements to earn points. These points can be used to participate in leaderboard contests (where top performers win gifts) or redeemed for withdrawal to UPI or bank account.

Step-by-step flow:

  1. Create an account (one per person).
  2. Watch videos for the required duration to earn balance.
  3. Watch ads in full to earn points (no points if you skip).
  4. Accumulate points for leaderboard and gifts; accumulate balance for withdrawal.
  5. You can withdraw any amount of reward (no minimum limit) via UPI or bank. Request goes to pending, admin approves, then payment is processed within 24–48 hours.
  6. Identity may be verified before payout. Processing typically takes 24–48 hours.

2. Points System – What You Earn (Step by Step)

Video Watching: Watch a video for at least 10 seconds. Reward (1.00 reward) is credited automatically when you complete the required watch time. Skip before that = no reward. Tracked in real time.

Ad Watching: One fully watched ad = 0.050 points. Watch the entire ad (15–30 seconds). Skip = 0 points. No partial credit.

Two Separate Wallets (Points and Rewards are Different):

  • Balance Wallet (Reward): From videos (10+ sec = 1.00 reward) → Used ONLY for withdrawal to UPI or bank. Rewards cannot be used for gifts.
  • Points Wallet: From ads (1 ad = 0.050 points) → Used ONLY for leaderboard rankings and claiming gifts. Points cannot be withdrawn or converted to rewards.

Clear Distinction: Reward (Balance) = For withdrawal. Points = For gifts. They are completely separate and cannot be exchanged.

Gift System – TOP 10 Only: Gifts are awarded to TOP 10 users only, not everyone who reaches the milestone. First 10 users to reach 5,000 points get Bike. First 10 users to reach 3,000 points get Laptop. First 10 users to reach 1,500 points get Watch. Only users in the top 10 leaderboard positions can claim gifts.

3. Withdrawal – How Rewards Are Paid (NOT Gambling)

Payment & Withdrawal Clarification: This app involves real money withdrawals and rewards, but it is NOT gambling. All rewards and payments are earned through watching videos and advertisements. This is a reward-based entertainment platform, not a gambling or betting platform.

✅ NOT Gambling – Reward for Watching Videos:

  • Rewards are earned by watching videos (10+ seconds = 1.00 reward)
  • Points are earned by watching advertisements (1 ad = 0.050 points)
  • No payment required from users - all rewards are earned, not purchased
  • No chance or luck involved - rewards are guaranteed based on activity
  • No gambling elements - no betting, no random outcomes, no payment for chance
  • This is a legitimate reward-based entertainment platform compliant with Google Play Store policies

You can withdraw any amount of reward (1, 2, 3, 100, 500, or any amount) - there is no minimum limit. Add your UPI ID or bank details and request withdrawal.

  1. Go to Redeem or Withdraw section in the app.
  2. Enter the withdrawal amount (any amount, no minimum).
  3. Enter your UPI ID or bank details (account holder name, IFSC, account number).
  4. Submit the withdrawal request. Your request will go to pending status.
  5. Admin will review and approve your withdrawal request.
  6. After admin approval, the amount is transferred to your provided UPI or bank account within 24–48 hours on business days.

4. Account Rules

One user may create only one account. Multiple accounts per person are not allowed and may result in suspension. You must provide accurate information during registration.

5. Fair Use – Strict Anti-Fraud Policy (No Fake/Scam Activities)

Points, rewards, and gifts are earned by watching videos and ads through legitimate activity only. Any fake, scam, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in severe penalties.

Prohibited Activities (Strictly Forbidden):

  • Creating fake accounts or using multiple accounts
  • Using fake details for withdrawals or gift claims
  • Manipulating rewards, points, or gift claims through fraudulent means
  • Hacking, cheating, or exploiting system vulnerabilities
  • Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any third-party software
  • Any other fraudulent, scam, or illegal activity

⚠️ STRICT PENALTY FOR FRAUD/SCAM:

If any user is found engaging in fake, scam, or fraudulent activities for rewards, points, or gifts:

  1. Account will be immediately and permanently deleted
  2. All user data will be permanently deleted - profile, activity, balance, points, gifts, withdrawal history - everything will be deleted. No data will remain.
  3. All rewards, points, and balance will be forfeited - user will lose everything
  4. Legal action will be taken - we will file police complaints and take legal action as per government laws and regulations
  5. User will be permanently banned - cannot create new accounts or use the app again

This app is original, genuine, and fully complies with all government rules and regulations. We take fraud and scam activities very seriously. Legal action including police complaints will be filed against fraudulent users as per applicable laws.

6. App Authenticity & Government Compliance

This app is original, genuine, and fully compliant with all government rules and regulations. It complies with iOS App Store, Google Play Store, and all applicable government laws. The app is verified, authentic, and legitimate—not fake.

Government Compliance: This app operates in full compliance with all government rules, regulations, and legal requirements. We follow all applicable laws, maintain complete transparency, and take legal action against fraud as per government regulations.

7. Gift & Contest Rules

Who Will Get the Gift?

Gifts are awarded to users who complete the required points first. Specifically:

  • Bike: First 10 users to reach 5,000 points
  • Laptop: First 10 users to reach 3,000 points
  • Watch: First 10 users to reach 1,500 points

Transparent Winner Selection Process: The winner selection process is completely transparent and based on objective criteria: points earned, leaderboard position (TOP 10), and timestamp (first 10 to reach milestone). The process is fully transparent and verifiable.

Gift Responsibility: The responsibility for providing and delivering gifts lies entirely with Xcelo (the app owner). We are fully responsible for gift procurement, verification, approval, and delivery.

Gift Funding Source – Ad Revenue Business Model: All gifts are funded entirely from Ad Revenue (advertisement income) generated through the app. Users watch thousands of advertisements to earn points, and each ad viewed generates revenue through third-party ad networks. This accumulated ad revenue is used to fund and provide gifts to eligible users.

Google is not a sponsor or involved in this giveaway. Google is not responsible for providing gifts, verifying winners, or any aspect of the gift distribution process. All gifts are provided solely by Xcelo (the app owner) and are funded from Ad Revenue generated through the app.

8. Account Deletion

After you login or sign up, you will find the Delete Account option in Settings. When you delete your account, all your data will be deleted—profile, activity, balance, and any other information. Account deletion is permanent. Any unwithdrawn balance may be forfeited upon deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have earned in rewards in the 30 days prior to the claim.
  • We are not responsible for third-party services, ad networks, or external factors beyond our control.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have any disputes or concerns regarding the app, rewards, or services:

  1. Contact Us First: Reach out via the Contact Us page or email support@xcelo.app. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  2. Formal Complaint: If the issue is not resolved, you may file a formal complaint with details of the dispute.
  3. Legal Recourse: If disputes cannot be resolved through communication, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts as per applicable laws.

11. Refund Policy

No Refunds: This app does not require any payment from users. All rewards, points, and gifts are earned through watching videos and ads. Since no money is paid by users, there are no refunds applicable.

Withdrawal Processing: Once a withdrawal request is approved and processed, it cannot be reversed. Please verify all bank/UPI details before submitting withdrawal requests.

12. Service Changes

We may update these terms, reward rules, or withdrawal processes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of this app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Xcelo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xcelo, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or any fraudulent or illegal activity on your account.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Xcelo regarding the use of the app. They supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
