1. About Xcelo & How It Works

Xcelo is an entertainment and reward platform where users watch short videos and advertisements to earn points. These points can be redeemed for rewards or withdrawn to a linked payment method. Our platform operates on a fair, activity-based model: the more you engage legitimately, the more you earn.

Core Flow: Sign up → Watch videos → Earn points → Watch ads for bonus points → Redeem or withdraw when threshold is met.

2. Data Collection – What Data We Collect

We collect only the minimal data necessary for app functionality, reward distribution, and security. Here is a complete list of data we collect:

  • Email Address: For account creation, login, account recovery, and communication. This is stored securely and encrypted.
  • Phone Number: Alternative to email for account creation and login. Used for account recovery and verification. Stored securely and encrypted.
  • UPI ID: Required only when you request a withdrawal. Used solely for payment processing and reward distribution. Stored securely with encryption and only accessed during withdrawal processing.
  • Bank Details: Required only when you request a withdrawal via bank transfer. Includes account holder name, IFSC code, and account number. Used solely for payment processing. Stored securely with encryption and only accessed during withdrawal processing.
  • Device Information: Device ID and basic analytics (e.g., app version, OS) for stability, fraud prevention, and improving user experience. This helps us ensure app compatibility and security.
  • Activity Data: Watch time, ad completion status, and points earned—used to calculate rewards and prevent abuse. This data is essential for accurate reward calculation.

How Your Data is Secured:

  • All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols
  • All data is encrypted at rest on secure servers
  • UPI ID and Bank Details are stored with additional encryption layers
  • Access to sensitive data (UPI ID, Bank Details) is restricted to authorized personnel only
  • Regular security audits and updates are performed
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access

3. Data Usage

Your data is used exclusively for:

  • App functionality and authentication
  • Reward calculation and payment processing
  • Fraud prevention and account security
  • Analytics to improve app performance and user experience

We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to the app.

4. Reward Policy – Points & Withdrawal (Two Separate Systems)

IMPORTANT: Points and Rewards are two completely separate systems:

  • Reward (Balance): From watching videos. Used for withdrawal to UPI or bank.
  • Points: From watching ads. Used for leaderboard rankings and claiming gifts.

Video Watch: Watch for at least 10 seconds to earn reward (1.00 reward per watch). This reward goes to your Balance wallet for withdrawal. Skip = no reward. Tracked automatically.

Ad Watch: One full ad = 0.050 points. This point goes to your Points wallet for gifts and leaderboard. Skip = 0 points.

Withdrawal – NOT Gambling, Reward for Watching Videos: You can withdraw any amount of reward (1, 2, 3, 100, 500, or any amount) - there is no minimum limit. Add your UPI ID or bank details and request withdrawal. Your request will go to pending status. Admin will review and approve your withdrawal. After admin approval, the amount will be transferred to your provided UPI or bank account within 24–48 hours on business days.

Important Clarification: This app is NOT gambling. All rewards and withdrawals are earned through watching videos and advertisements. This is a reward-based entertainment platform where users earn rewards for engaging with content. There is no payment required from users, no chance-based outcomes, and no gambling elements. Rewards are earned through effort (watching videos and ads), not through chance or payment.

Gifts: Gifts are awarded to TOP 10 users only. Who will get the gift? The first 10 users who complete the required points first. First 10 users to reach 5,000 points get Bike. First 10 users to reach 3,000 points get Laptop. First 10 users to reach 1,500 points get Watch. When you are in top 10 and reach the milestone, you can claim the gift by filling a form with your details (name, mobile, address, email). Your claim goes to pending. Admin reviews and approves. After approval, gift is delivered within 24–48 hours. Important: You must provide complete and correct details in the form. Fake or incomplete details will result in gift rejection.

Transparent Winner Selection: Winner selection is based on objective criteria: points earned, leaderboard position (TOP 10), and timestamp (first 10 to reach milestone). The process is fully transparent and verifiable. Gift Responsibility: The responsibility for providing and delivering gifts lies entirely with Xcelo (the app owner). We are fully responsible for gift procurement, verification, approval, and delivery.

Gift Funding Source – Ad Revenue Business Model: All gifts are funded entirely from Ad Revenue (advertisement income) generated through the app. Users watch thousands of advertisements to earn points, and each ad viewed generates revenue through third-party ad networks. This accumulated ad revenue is used to fund and provide gifts to eligible users. This is a legitimate, sustainable business model where ad revenue from user engagement funds the rewards and gifts system. It is not gambling - it is a transparent business model where user engagement with ads generates revenue that sustains the reward program.

Effort-Based Reward System (Loyalty Program): This app operates as an Effort-Based Reward System, classified by Google Play Store as a Loyalty Program. This is compliant with Google's Consumable & Reward policy. Users earn points through effort (watching videos and ads), not through chance or payment. Every action has a guaranteed reward (0.050 points per ad, 1.00 reward per 10 seconds video). This is NOT a lottery where users pay money for a chance to win. This is a loyalty program where consistent effort and engagement are rewarded with gifts. Google Play Store permits effort-based loyalty programs but rejects lotteries and gambling.

Fair Play – Strict Anti-Fraud Policy: Rewards, points, and gifts are earned through legitimate activity only. Any fake, scam, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Using fake accounts or multiple accounts
  • Manipulating rewards, points, or gift claims through fraudulent means
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts
  • Hacking, cheating, or exploiting system vulnerabilities
  • Providing fake details for withdrawals or gift claims
  • Any other fraudulent or scam activity

⚠️ STRICT PENALTY FOR FRAUD:

If any user is found engaging in fake, scam, or fraudulent activities for rewards, points, or gifts:

  • Account will be immediately deleted
  • All user data will be permanently deleted (no data will remain)
  • All rewards, points, and balance will be forfeited
  • Legal action may be taken - we may file police complaints and take legal action as per government laws
  • User will be permanently banned from using the app

This app is original, genuine, and complies with all government rules and regulations. We take fraud very seriously and will take strict legal action against any fraudulent users.

5. Third-Party Ads

We use third-party ad networks to display advertisements. These networks may collect device information (e.g., device type, ad interaction) to show relevant ads. We do not control their data practices. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details.

6. Data Safety & Security – We Do Not Sell Your Data

Data Sale Policy: We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We do NOT rent, trade, or share your personal information (including email, phone number, UPI ID, bank details) with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Third-Party Sharing: We only share data with third parties in the following limited circumstances:

  • Payment Processors: UPI ID and bank details are shared only with authorized payment processing services (UPI providers, banks) solely for the purpose of processing your withdrawal requests. This is necessary to complete the transaction you requested.
  • Ad Networks: Device information and ad interaction data may be shared with third-party ad networks to display relevant advertisements. This is standard practice for ad-supported apps. We do not share personal identifiers (email, phone, UPI ID) with ad networks.
  • Service Providers: We may share data with trusted service providers (hosting, analytics) who help us operate the app. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the services we request.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government regulation.

7. Age Requirement & Age Rating

Age Requirement: Users must be 18 years or older to use this app. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.

Age Rating Classification:

This app is rated 18+ (Adults Only) based on the following criteria:

  • Financial Transactions: The app involves financial transactions (withdrawals, rewards, payments) which require adult understanding and responsibility.
  • Advertisements: The app displays third-party advertisements which may contain content suitable for adults only.
  • Reward System: The app involves earning and managing rewards, points, and financial balances which requires adult-level decision-making.
  • Data Collection: The app collects financial information (UPI ID, bank details) which requires adult consent and understanding.
  • Legal Agreements: Users must accept Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which require adult legal capacity.

Age Verification: By creating an account and using this app, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. We reserve the right to verify age and may request identification if necessary. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately deleted.

8. Account Deletion & Data Rights

After you login or sign up, you will find the Delete Account option in Settings. When you delete your account, all your data will be deleted—profile, activity, balance, and any other information we hold. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your Data Rights:

  • Right to Access: You can request access to your personal data at any time.
  • Right to Correction: You can update or correct your personal information in the app settings.
  • Right to Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
  • Right to Data Portability: You can request a copy of your data in a portable format.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

  • Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account is active.
  • Deleted Accounts: All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
  • Legal Requirements: We may retain certain data longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution).
  • Withdrawal Records: Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as per legal requirements.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

11. App Authenticity & Government Compliance

This app is original, genuine, and fully compliant with all government rules and regulations. It complies with iOS App Store, Google Play Store, and all applicable government laws. The app is verified, authentic, and legitimate—not fake.

12. Cookies & Tracking

We use minimal tracking for app functionality:

  • Session Data: Temporary data stored during your app session for functionality.
  • Device Information: Basic device ID and analytics for app stability and fraud prevention.
  • Third-Party Ads: Ad networks may use cookies or tracking technologies. We do not control their practices.

You can control app permissions through your device settings. Disabling certain permissions may affect app functionality.

13. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

This app is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will immediately delete such information from our servers.

14. Data Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will:
