How Xcelo Works

1. What Is Xcelo?

Xcelo is an entertainment and reward platform. Users watch short videos and advertisements to earn points and balance. Points unlock leaderboard rankings and gift opportunities. Balance (reward) can be withdrawn to UPI or bank at any amount - there is no minimum limit.

2. Project Flow – Step by Step

1. Sign Up: Create one account per person with email or phone.
2. Watch Videos: Browse and watch short videos. Watch for at least 10 seconds to earn reward (1.00 reward). Skipping early = no reward.
3. Watch Ads: Ads appear during or between videos. Watch the full ad to earn points. Skip = no points.
4. Earn Points: Points accumulate from completed ads. Used for leaderboard and gift eligibility.
5. Earn Balance: Balance accumulates from video watch time. Used for withdrawal.
6. Leaderboard: Points determine your rank. Only TOP 10 users can claim gifts. First 10 users to reach each milestone get the gift.
7. Withdraw: You can withdraw any amount of reward (no minimum limit). Add UPI or bank details and request withdrawal. Request goes to pending, admin approves, then payment is processed within 24–48 hours.

3. Points & Balance – What You Get (Step by Step)

From Videos: Watch a video for at least 10 seconds. Reward (1.00 reward) is credited automatically when you complete the required watch time. Skip before that = no reward. Tracked in real time.

From Ads: One fully watched ad = 0.050 points. Watch the entire ad (typically 15–30 seconds). Skip the ad = 0 points. No partial credit.

Two Separate Wallets (Points and Rewards are Completely Different):

• Balance Wallet (Reward): From video watch time (10+ sec = 1.00 reward) → Used ONLY for withdrawal to UPI or bank account. Rewards are NOT used for gifts.
• Points Wallet: From ads (1 ad = 0.050 points) → Used ONLY for leaderboard rankings and claiming gifts. Points are NOT used for withdrawal and cannot be converted to rewards.

4. Gift Race – Leaderboard Prizes

Points decide your rank. Gifts are awarded to TOP 10 users only:

• 5,000 points → First 10 users get Bike
• 3,000 points → First 10 users get Laptop
• 1,500 points → First 10 users get Watch

Important: Only users in TOP 10 leaderboard positions can claim gifts. Not everyone who reaches the milestone gets the gift - only the first 10 users.

5. Withdrawal – How to Get Rewards (Step by Step) – NOT Gambling

Payment & Withdrawal Clarification: This app involves real money withdrawals and rewards, but it is NOT gambling. All rewards and payments are earned through watching videos and advertisements. This is a reward-based entertainment platform where users earn rewards for engaging with content, not a gambling or betting platform.

You can withdraw any amount of reward (1, 2, 3, 100, 500, or any amount) - there is no minimum limit:

1. Open Redeem or Withdraw in the app.
2. Enter the withdrawal amount (any amount you want to withdraw).
3. Enter UPI ID (e.g. yournumber@paytm) or bank details (name, IFSC, account number).
4. Submit withdrawal request. Your request will go to pending status.
5. Admin will review and approve your withdrawal request.
6. After admin approval, the amount is sent to your UPI or bank account within 24–48 hours on business days.

No Minimum Limit: You can withdraw any amount of reward at any time. There is no minimum withdrawal requirement. Request goes to pending, admin approves, then payment is processed.

6. Fair Play – Strict Anti-Fraud Policy

One account per person. All rewards, points, and gifts must be earned through legitimate activity only. Any fake, scam, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

What is Prohibited:

• Fake accounts or multiple accounts
• Fake details for withdrawals or gift claims
• Fraudulent manipulation of rewards, points, or gifts
• Hacking, cheating, or using automated tools
• Any scam or fraudulent activity

7. Account Deletion

After you login or sign up, you will find the Delete Account option in Settings. When you delete your account, all your data will be deleted. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

8. Video Upload & Content – Who Uploads

Video upload is done by the app owner. We (the app owner) upload videos via a separate Studio panel. Users do not upload videos. All videos you see in the app are uploaded and managed by us. Videos are processed and then shown in the user app.

9. Points & Gifts – Complete Process (Step by Step)

All point and gift details are clearly written in this app. Nothing is hidden.

How Points Work:

• Earning Points: 1 full ad watch = 0.050 points. Skip = 0 points. Points are separate from rewards and used only for leaderboard ranking and gifts.
• Points Milestones: 5,000 points for Bike, 3,000 points for Laptop, 1,500 points for Watch.
• Leaderboard: Points determine your rank. Higher points = higher rank.

Gift System – TOP 10 Only:

Who Will Get the Gift? Gifts are awarded to users who complete the required points first. Specifically, the first 10 users to reach each milestone:

• First 10 users to reach 5,000 points → Get Bike
• First 10 users to reach 3,000 points → Get Laptop
• First 10 users to reach 1,500 points → Get Watch

Important: Only users in TOP 10 leaderboard positions can claim gifts. If you reach the milestone but are not in top 10, you cannot claim the gift.

Gift Funding Source – Ad Revenue Business Model:

Gifts are funded entirely from Ad Revenue (advertisement income) generated through user engagement with advertisements in the app.

How It Works:

• Users watch thousands of ads to earn points (0.050 points per ad watched)
• Each ad viewed generates revenue for the app through third-party ad networks
• As users watch ads to reach milestones, significant ad revenue accumulates
• This accumulated ad revenue funds the gifts provided to eligible users

10. App Authenticity & Government Compliance

This app is original, genuine, and fully compliant with all government rules and regulations. It complies with iOS App Store, Google Play Store, and all applicable government laws. The app is verified, authentic, and legitimate—not fake.

Government Compliance: This app operates in full compliance with all government rules, regulations, and legal requirements. We follow all applicable laws, maintain complete transparency, and take strict legal action including police complaints against fraudulent users as per government regulations.

11. Studio & User App – How It Runs

Studio (Owner): We upload videos via Studio panel. Videos appear in the user app.

User App: Users log in, watch videos, earn balance and points, and request withdrawal when eligible. No deposit required from users.

12. Business Model & Revenue Source

Revenue Model: This app operates on an Ad Revenue business model. Revenue is generated through third-party advertisement networks when users watch ads in the app.

How Revenue is Generated:

• Users watch advertisements to earn points (0.050 points per ad)
• Each advertisement viewed generates revenue through third-party ad networks
• Revenue accumulates as users engage with ads to reach milestones
• This revenue funds the reward and gift distribution system

Gift Funding: All gifts (Bike, Laptop, Watch) are funded entirely from Ad Revenue generated through user engagement with advertisements. This is a sustainable business model where:

• Users watch ads to earn points → Generates ad revenue
• Ad revenue accumulates → Funds gift distribution
• More user engagement → More revenue → Sustainable gift system

Not Gambling: This is a legitimate business model based on ad revenue, not gambling. Users earn rewards through engagement with advertisements, which generates revenue that funds the reward system. The model is transparent, sustainable, and compliant with all applicable laws.
